Thank you for choosing Desigix! We hope you’re happy with your purchase of our digital assets, templates, and products. However, if you’re not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are not available for digital assets, templates, and products.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide the following information:

  • Your name and email address
  • The date of purchase
  • The product name
  • The reason for your refund request

We will process your refund request within 5 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products purchased with a discount code or coupon are not eligible for refunds.
  • Custom-made products are not eligible for refunds.
  • Products downloaded or accessed are not eligible for refunds.

4. License Agreement

By purchasing a Desigix product, you agree to our License Agreement. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the product for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the product. You may not create defamatory, obscene, or illegal products using our products.
